		<description>Many thanks to Sunlighten Team on our Select Corner Sauna in Hemlock.

We ordered unit back in March 2011. We were told that there was a seven week wait. That was fine as the Sauna Room was under construction and we estimated June or July completeion. They charged Visa for half of purchase amount as a deposit and said the balance would be charged upon shipment of the unit. It was as they had said. We were notified about six weeks later that the unit was on its way by e-Mail and Phone. The delivery company called a week later to set up delivery. The driver and a helper unloaded 5 boxes into our Garage without a problem. We did not notice any damage to packaging  and signed bill of lading accordingly. In a month we un-packed the unit and everything was intack and well packed. We luckily saw a small two wired connector on the bottom of the package when we were un-packing. We didn&#039;t know what it was so we set it aside. Word to everyone inspect package before discarding. 

Unit was very well made and easy to assemble. My only suggestion would be that they label the parts to facilitate left from right panels etc. Also on the so sound kit it would have been nice for the factory to assemble the mounting brackets for us. Although we had no problem with it as I am a construction worker but I can see someone in the city having problems. The unit was a pleasure to put together as you could sense the quality at each step where things fit so cleanly. 

We plugged everything in and fired it up. Lights, Stereo worked fine but we couldn&#039;t get it to heat up. I gave customer Service a call and told them of the problem. rep was very nice and eager to resolve problem. I mentioned the little wire connector and described it to her. She said it was the Temperature sensor connector to the panel. it must have come loose during Packing/Shipping. I unscrewed the four screws on indicator panel (Inside) and sure enough male conection had no connector. We looked on top of unit and found the female connector from the unit. Plugged them in voila we had power. We quickly ran for our towels and just before we entered the whole unit shut down. We were really disappointed as it was our maiden voyage. It was too late to call customer service so we had to wait until after the Fourth to call customer Service. a real Bummer! Tuesday I called and they instructed me to press the black re-set button on the unit itself. We did as we were told and now we are in Sauna Heaven. All systems Go!! 

I guess my main reason for review is to remind future customers to 1. Check Packaging closely, 2. Make sure all connectors are in place, 3. Be aware of re-set button on left side of big box on top of sauna. 

Sunlighten gets a 5 Star Rating in all departments.</description>
